- Pop. 1,060. In Lobo T., Middlesex C., on C. Rd. 16, 16 km W of London.
- The community was settled in the 1830s by Scottish families, most from the Campbell clan.
- The post office was established in 1853 as Lobo Station, but in 1856 the name was changed to Komoka, a First Nations Peoples word believed to mean 'place where the dead lie.'
